Pre-paid reservations are subject to cancellation penalties and are non-transferable/non-changeable. If you need to cancel a reservation, it must be done on this web site. Any refund due from your cancellation will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase, less the appropriate cancellation fees. Hotels cannot make changes or cancellations to pre-paid reservations under any circumstances. Along with cancellation fees from this website, hotels may assess fees. Please refer to your original Cleanhotels.com confirmation email for specific hotel cancellation policy information.

To Review/Cancel a CleanHotels.com Reservation:
Click on the MY RESERVATIONS button. Once there you will be given the opportunity to find the Reservation and once found then cancel it.
Finding your Reservation
Click on the MY RESERVATIONS button link and enter in your first name, last name, credit card number used for the booking. If you cannot access your reservation, please contact customer service.
